<p>Welcome to the website services provided by Delicious Chinese Food Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company"). By browsing this website, registering an account or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all of these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using this website immediately.</p>

<h3>2. Our services</h3>
<p>This website provides product information, online ordering, membership management and related customer services. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of these services at any time without prior notice.</p>

<h3>3. Registration and account security</h3>

<li>When registering, you should provide accurate, current and complete information, and keep it up to date.</li>
<li>You should keep your account and password safe, and must not transfer or lend them to anyone else. All activity carried out under your account is treated as your own.</li>
<li>If you discover that your account has been used without authorisation, please notify the Company immediately.</li>
<li>If the information you provide is false or fraudulent, or if you breach these terms, the Company may suspend or terminate your membership.</li>

<h3>4. Ordering and payment</h3>

<li>After you submit an order on this website, the system will confirm receipt by email or SMS. That notice means only that the Company has received your order information; it does not constitute a contract of sale.</li>
<li>The Company reserves the right to decide whether to accept an order. Where an item is out of stock, a price is displayed in error, an order appears abnormally large, or an order cannot otherwise be accepted, the Company may cancel it and refund any amount paid in full.</li>
<li>Prices, promotions and free gifts are those displayed on the website at the time the order is placed.</li>

<h3>5. Delivery and inspection</h3>

<li>Delivery areas, shipping charges and delivery times are as set out on the checkout page.</li>
<li>Some products are shipped chilled or frozen. Please be available to receive your delivery during the notified time slot, and check the condition and storage requirements of the goods as soon as they arrive.</li>
<li>The Company is not liable for delays or damage caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, transport disruption, an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the delivery.</li>

<h3>6. Returns and exchanges</h3>

<li>Under the Consumer Protection Act you have a seven-day cooling-off period after the goods arrive. The cooling-off period is not a trial period: returned goods must be in new condition with the packaging intact.</li>
<li>Under the Regulations Governing Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Rescission for Distance Sales, <strong>goods that are perishable, have a short shelf life, or cannot be restored to their original condition once opened</strong> (for example chilled and frozen food, and food that has been opened) are not covered by the seven-day cooling-off period.</li>
<li>If the goods you receive are defective, incomplete or do not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and we will help arrange an exchange or refund.</li>

<p>All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, trade marks, audio and video, page design and program code, is the copyright, trade mark or other intellectual property of the Company or of the rightful owner. Without prior written consent, you may not reproduce, publicly transmit, adapt, distribute or commercially exploit it in any form.</p>
